Promo only 45 sent to radio stations featuring four different spots advertising the "God Bless Tiny Tim" album.
Vinyl is M, appears to have never been played, comes in generic sleeve as pictured

All items are in excellent or mint condition unless otherwise noted. All items are factory originals with complete artwork and packaging unless otherwise stated. I do not sell cd-r copies or test pressings unless otherwise stated. I will not end auctions early; it is not fair to other bidders.
Some items may be promotional items which may or may not have markings such as stamps, drill holes, or cuts in bar codes. If you are concerned about these things, it is your responsibility to email me and find out before bidding. Leaving negative feedback over a cut or drill hole is not fair.
Shipping & Handling charges cover first class mail (usually), bubble mailers and packaging, administrative costs, etc, and is not negotiable . Please do not email me to complain about shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are clearly stated ; leaving me negative or neutral feedback regarding these prices is unfair. If you don't like them, please don't bid .
Shipping rates (unless otherwise specified):
Single CDs DVDs Videos: $4 within USA, $6 to Canada, $7 to overseas (air mail). For additional items shipped at the same time add $1.50 per item within the USA or $2 per item overseas. Double CDs DVDs and Videos: $5 within USA, $7 to overseas (videos $8 to overseas) Shipping on multiple items, larger or oversize items will be quoted on an individual basis. Books and magazines or other oversize items will be shipped media rate.
LPs and Laserdiscs (includes cardboard shipping carton with insert): Single LPs: $5 to USA media mail, $7 to Canada air mail, $14 to Europe air mail, $15 to Australia, Asia, Africa and South America air mail. Double (or more) LP sets will be higher. All vinyl is sold as collector's items "as is" and described as accurately as possible via visual standards only. I cannot be responsible for defects such as surface noise, warps, or skips; I do not have a turntable to test vinyl. If an item comes to me with a price tag that I do not feel comfortable removing, I will leave it on; I usually remember to note this in the item description.
If there is a discrepancy between the shipping prices quoted here and in the checkout and the shipping prices quoted in the automated item closing email, please use the checkout price as correct.
Please do not bid if you can't pay; non paying bidder alert and negative feedback will be left for bidders who do not honor their bids.

I am sorry but I cannot be responsible for loss or damage to items (including jewel cases) once they have been mailed. All items are shipped clean and in apparent excellent condition unless otherwise described. I strive to be completely honest and accurate in all item descriptions, but I cannot test every item for defects and sometimes mistakes or typos happen.
If you want insurance please add $2 per $50 value. Insurance is not available for items shipped outside the USA.
