EXTREMELY RARE SIGNED and long out-of-print Australian ORIGINAL 1st PRESSING 8-track VINYL Gatefold MINI ALBUM called "FORM AND MEANING REACH ULTIMATE COMMUNION". This is the First pressing with BLUE cover and LIMITED to just 1000 copies pressed.
Inner cover is SIGNED by JOCK CHEESE, LES MISERABLES, RON HITLER-BARASSI, EUGGENE DE LA HOT-CROIX BUN and HUMPHREY B. FLAUBERT, see picture.
