Todd Rundgren Runt AMPEX LP in Shrink Wrap with Near Mint Vinyl

Here is Todd Rundgren’s first LP after his band, NAZZ, entitled “RUNT”. This is AMPEX RECORDS A-10105 (in stereo) released in 1970. This is the original pressing of the LP, not the later Bearsville Records pressing. The LP features Todd’s hit single “We Got To Get You A Woman”, as the song title reads on the rear of the LP cover and on the lyric inner sleeve, or “We Gotta Get You A Woman” as the song title reads on the red sticker attached to the front of the LP cover. There are 10 cuts on this LP. It has become a LANDMARK LP as Todd Rundgren’s first solo LP and marked the beginning of his career as a solo artist (post-Nazz and pre-Utopia). THE VINYL IS GRADED NEAR MINT! THE COVER IS GRADED VERY STRONG VG CONDITION. Some would automatically grade it VG+ since it is in the original shrink wrap, but there is wear on three corners where the shrink wrap is gone and slight wear at the opening where the shrink wrap has receded. The shrink wrap has the characteristic breathe holes that was typical of shrink wrap of the 1960s and 1970s. Also included is the LPs original paper inner sleeve that has photos, lyrics, and LP song/production credits. The inner sleeve is split on one side and has a 1-inch split on the bottom. It’s a GREAT LP that no vinyl collection should be without. And the GREAT CONDITION of this LP provides even more reason for you to make it a part of your collection. FYI: I use Goldmine Grading Standards (G for Good, VG for Very Good, VG+ for Very Good Plus, NM for Near Mint, M for Mint) to VISUALLY grade the LPs and 45s I auction, so please know the descriptions of these grades before bidding.
