This record was a huge success for Tom Jones in 1967. 'Green, Green Grass of Home' was released in the UK on the Decca label (SKL-4855) in Mono and Stereo...but it's the Stereo version that has an even more impressive audio. I was knocked off my chair with the clarity, the power & punch and totally distortion-free sound that came over the speakers. No CD, DVD, or SACD can touch this piece of heavy-weight vinyl. An absolute gem and for those who might not be fans of this incredible singer, you will be after one listen of this album. The audio is simply unreal.
Condition of Lp Jacket: Excellent+....just some minor issues to deal with...top left corner has some creasing, minor edge wear, small area of discoloration at the back. Overall, a superb example of this Lp jacket. Front laminated...printing by Robert Stace. Includes original inner.
Condition of Record: Near Mint....verging on Mint! Truly astounding condition for a nearly 50 year-old record...impossible to find like this.
