RETURN POLICY: We offer a 14 day return policy under certain circumstances and at the Seller’s sole discretion. The original shipping charges are not refundable. The item(s) will need to be returned in the original condition they were shipped out in.
COMBINED SHIPPING: Shipping can be combined on all order shipped within the United States on almost all of my items with the exception being very large packages. In order for combined shipping charges to be adjusted, you do need to wait for our shipping team to send you a combined invoice before paying. Most Heroclix, excluding Team Bases, Colossal Figures or Giant Size pieces can be combined in orders at the initial shipping cost + $1.00 per additional item.

GRADING POLICY: Our grading team is comprised of three experienced individuals that hand grade each item that is put up on our eBay store. Please keep in mind that Grading is a matter of opinion and not an exact science. However if you are unfamiliar with how we grade, we encourage you to always ask questions before bidding. We strive to grade comics and other collectibles as accurately as possible!
