For your consideration is the ultra rare Tom Petty Autographed "Make It Better" 12" Vinyl Record Cover that was Hand Signed by Rock Royalty Tom Petty himself while on Tour in 2014. Tom Petty rarely signs Autographs due to the lack of major touring these past years.
