Description

Up for auction is the original 1994 Warner Bros US vinyl pressing of Tom Petty's classic 'Wildflowers', released as a 2 x 12" vinyl LP set. This copy is in excellent condition, with NM vinyl and VG+ cover. The vinyl was only played once on an audiophile turntable setup and is in fantastic shape -  I am the original owner and purchased it when it was released. The cover has some age related ring wear, a light corner bend, and one very small corner ding, but overall in very nice shape with no seam splits. One of the generic white record sleeves has a one inch tear in it - please see pics. The lyric insert sheet is in excellent condition. Pressing has been confirmed as the 1994 US OG via both the runout matrix etchings and the label song numbering method (song numbering restarting at number '1' on each side of the 2 LP's).
The records have been ultrasonically cleaned. Each vinyl record will be removed from their paper sleeves and shipped in deluxe Mobile Fidelity rice paper sleeves (the original paper sleeves will of course be included), and all the albums contents will be placed in an additional heavy duty plastic outer sleeve. This will be packed extremely carefully with the records shipped outside the cardboard cover to ensure no seam splits in transit. Shipped $5.00 flat rate with FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery to the lower 48 states, additional charges for shipping to other destinations will be calculated at end of auction.
