This Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers promo LP in red translucent vinyl (with slight blue marbling) on Shelter Records has never been played and has been stored in a heavy vinyl sleeve since I acquired it in 1984. Gold promo sticker on front. Vinyl NM, jacket VG+, colored inner sleeve NM. Free secure shipping to the lower 48 states.
