Description:
Foreign Affairs is the fifth studio album by singer and songwriter Tom Waits, released on September 13, 1977 on Asylum Records. It was produced by Bones Howe, and featured Bette Midler singing a duet with Waits on "I Never Talk to Strangers".
Every performance on this album was recorded simultaneously with the orchestra in the studio with no overdubbing or multi-tracking; and was mixed directly to the 2-track master tape as it was being performed. Recorded July 28, August 2, 11, 12, 15, 1977; at Filmways/Heider Recording, Hollywood. This original Australian pressing is housed in picture showing lightest wear includes inner lyric/picture sleeve in excellent condition the vinyl LP shows a couple of faint marks which do not affect play in excellent condition.

The record shows signs of having been played but there is negligible loss in sound quality. The sleeve may have slight wear or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG)
The record has been played many times but shows no significant deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks. Sleeve has normal wear and tear without any major defects.
GOOD (G)
The record has been played enough that the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably and may have pops and skips. The sleeve may suffer from scuffs, spine splits, ring wear and/or discolouration.
CONDITION: This item is in excellent or mint condition unless stated above.
