Note: This record was part of a collection I purchased from a Mobile Alabama estate. I have many 78 records I will be offering up over the next few weeks. I am not a professional when it comes to grading records, so I am relying on the bidders to 1) examine the photos, 2) listen to the actual record tracks below, 3) and ask questions prior to bidding. The 78 records I will be offering up were played by me one time and recorded using a Boytone Record Player and a 3 mil (.003) stylus jewel used exclusively for 78 records. Although my record player is set to playing 78s, I believe it is playing at a slower speed (I do apologize). I am sure in the hands of the right collector, the quality of this record would increase tremendously on a more expensive machine.
Some of the records offered will include Muddy Waters, Blind Boy Fuller, Big Bill Broonsey, Brownie McGhee, Nazarene Congregational Church Choir, Peetie Wheatstraw, Memphis Minnie, and many more. Shipping will be $4.00 (media mail with tracking) packaged safely to prevent damage. If auction exceeds $100.00, delivery signature will be required.
