"Baby, Don't You Want to Go" / "Cotton Patch Blues"  Bluebird B-8408 (1940)
V+ condition and plays very well with a 2.7 mil stylus at 3.5 gr tracking.  Some surface noise, but this is at a very acceptable level. 
No chips.
Record is cleaned and ready to play and will arrive in a decent Kraft paper sleeve.
