Description
For sale my original stereo pressing of the legendary Tomorrow lp featuring a young Steve Howe. If you are reading this the you know all about this record and how collectible it is so I will go to the description.
Vinyl (visual grading only)is in Very Good shape. There are plenty of hairlines and light scratches but nothing feelable. The yellow Parlophone labels are in good shape with plenty of spindle marks. This record has been played and from memory could probably do with a clean to eliminate any residual static/surface noise. They usually clean up very nicely. Still, as mentioned this is not archive condition but still a very serviceable copy.
Sleeve - Sleeve is in nice shape and I would definitely grade this VG+. Front sleeve has some laminate creases and softening around the edges but is intact. Top and bottom edges are nice. The spine is starting to go a little around the printed section. The sleeve retains its Harlequin Records store sticker from back in the day and has both mono and stereo catalogue numbers on the top right rear of the sleeve. I suspect that this is actually a mono sleeve with a stereo record which has probably been that way since the day of purchase - see the photo and decide for yourself. Original EMI inner sleeve has started to give way on bottom edge.
Have set a low opening bid for this to reflect the condition and this is the reserve on the item. A decent copy of an increasingly difficult record to track down in any original pressing form as delays in release meant it came out as psych pop was rapidly morphing into psych and prog rock. Still, it rightly remains a classic of its genre.
