1968 UK 1st PRESSING **MONO** LP
This rare copy was one of the first 300 pressed as it carries '1/G, 1/G stampers.
Featuring the talents of: Steve Howe, Twink, Keith West & Mark Witz, this mono copy contains many significantly different mixes to the stereo version.
This very rare UK 1st MONO pressing is on the UK black & yellow Parlophone label: PMC 7042
The labels carry the 'Sold in UK..'text and 'Gramophone Co..' rims.
The 'KT' tax/price code is visible on the side 2 label.
Housed in a laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' mono cover.
Complete with its original black & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.

Extremely clean, bright & glossy surfaces undulled by overplay or careless handling or storage.
Close inspection under a halogen desk lamp reveals just a tiny 3mm scuff on side 1 & some barely visible paper hairlines but no marks or scratches.
Very thick, quality vinyl which lies 100% flat on both sides with no dishing or warping.
Audio: EXCELLENT
Hardly played, this superb sounding mono mix has very little lessening to the sound quality with no significant audible wear.
Careful listening on headphones at volume reveals a light touch of intermittant peak wear but no clicks, pops, jumps, repeats or any other faults.
Both run-ins and all bands play extremely quietly and without intereference.
Cover: VERY GOOD MINUS
Moderate, general handling & storagewear all round on this example with some spine creases but no major damage.
The lower corners especially show some rubbing and there is some 'feathering' to the opening edges.
The rear panel has some discolouration but no stains, writing or missing paper.
All flipbacks are intact and the seams are unsplit. There is some wear to the spine and only the letters ..'orrow' are visible.
