Sleeve - VG+ - (Sleeve has some light corner/edge wear, and light creasing to spine. One corner has been dinged, as per photo. There is a small orange sticker on front, and a numbered sticker on rear) 
Inner Sleeve/Insert - EX//N/M - (Plain inner sleeve is EX, Insert is N/M)
Vinyl - EX - (Record has one small, very light mark on each side, neither of which affect play... it plays beautifully!)
