A possibly unique Tony Blackburn aluminium lacquer acetate 45. Late-1960s or early-1970s, I guess - label design might be a clue. (Track is very short with massive run-out groove. Plays a little jingle.
Typed name mis-spelt 'TONY BLAKBURN' has been blacked out in ink with name written above it, spelled correctly, in pen.) Acetates are one-offs, cut not pressed, so this could be the only one in existence.
(There could have been a number of copies cut at the same time, normally up to about 50 max. but I doubt it. The B.B.C. normally used tape cartridges.)
Condition :
Very Good - will play fine. No signs of excessive play wear.
(Beware of too many plays - lacquer acetates naturally have a soft surface. Best advice is to play once only and record!)
Will be well packaged for full protection in transit.
