Description

Truly rare private press 12 inch modern soul from 1988, Tony Cotton Candy Let's Work/You're Special on Grand land Records AR 7966 out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Let's Work is funky modern soul with strong bass and You're Special is a nice soul stepper duet.  The cover has some ring wear and corner bumps and some wrinkles with a one inch spot on the spine rubbed through the print.  The cover is made from thin material, like the European ones so it has done well to look this good, VG.  The vinyl is nice and glossy with a couple surface scuffs and the labels are clean.  Some chipping on the spindle hole on one side, it is a very tight fit on so I don't think it was played but a couple times tops.  Sounds great, occasional pops in quiet spots, I just wiped it down and believe a good cleaning woud take care of that.  VG++ anyway. 

I only found one that sold last year, a truly tough one to find.  It is on Popsike, sold for 198, the cover was rated better than this one though.
