Description

This is Starlite Records ST 6002, Tony Rizzi Plays Frank Comstock,  a blue, deep groove, label, red vinyl original mono private label issue of this rare and obscure guitarist's first session featuring Dick and Ted Nash.  The record looks to be in VG++ condition showing just a few light sleeve marks  but because of what I must assume is an inferior pressing,  there is background noise throughout the record. The instruments are clear and undistorted but a good equalizer or a diminished treble control would make a great deal of difference. The cover has a label on the back, but is otherwise excellent and intact. The labels are excellent with no spindle marks. The record has been  cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
