Description

The Vinyl Overview:

  • This is a Classic Records Test Pressing from 2002 cut from the original 1996 metal parts by RTI intended for a re-release (which didn't proceed) when Classic Records began pressing vinyl on 200g

  • It is a highly collectible pressing from the first stamper and it is believed only approximately 40 exist

  • The run out matrix matches perfectly to original 1996 Zoo release. This is not a bootleg by any means

Information about the Vinyl Itself:
  • The sound of sides A, B and D are spectacular - simply the best way to hear the album. Side C sounds mostly great, but has moments where it doesn't sound perfect. Again, this is a test pressing

  • The condition of the vinyl, as you can see in the photos is near mint. All photos in this listing contain my eBay name and date for your benefit

  • I have personally owned this pressing for 7 years. The original owner was the first owner, and purchased it directly from Classic Records in the mid 2000s

  • For people who believe this might be cut from CD - it's not. I have attached a photo of the frequency response of the song 'Eulogy' from a vinyl rip I have done. You can see that the sound extends high in the frequency range (beyond limits of CDs)

  • I have uploaded a video to this listing, showing the vinyl playing. You can hear that this is the "real deal". Again, my eBay name is shown in the video, so you can buy in confidence
