*** This is a First Pressing of the Double LP Vinyl Release of “Lateralus” by Tool from Volcano Entertainment 2000/2001 featuring Picture Disc and Gatefold Artwork by Alex Grey. ***

* This album and all of its contents are in Excellent Condition, VF to NM…but I’m No Professional Grader so please be sure to check out all of the photos to form your own opinion before purchasing or making an offer.

* This album will be carefully packaged and shipped USPS Media Mail in the US unless the Buyer arranges other shipping methods with the Seller beforehand.

* International Shipping is Available at the buyer’s expense.

* I also offer Combined Shipping on all of my listings so check out our other items for sale and save a little on a package deal.

Payment Policy:

+ Buy It Now items are expected to be Paid within 24 Hours of Purchase.

+ Multiple Item Purchases requiring Combined Shipping are expected to be Paid within 24 Hours after Updated Invoice has been Sent.

+ Auction Items are expected to be Paid within 48 Hours unless Payment Arrangements are made with the Seller within the First 24 Hours after the Auction’s End.

+ Failure to Pay within the Allotted Times Above will result in Any or All of the following actions:

1.) The prompt Cancellation of the Buyer’s Purchase.

2.) A “Failure to Pay” Action filed against the Buyer’s Account.

3.) Buyer will Lose their ability to Purchase "Buy It Now" items and/or Participate in Auctions held by the Seller on eBay.

Return Policy:

+ If your Package arrives Damaged or your Item has Manufacturing Defects, Contact me within 24 Hours of the Delivery Date. Please Provide a Detailed Description with Photos of the Damage/Defect in your Message.

+ Damaged/Defective Items will be Replaced with a Matching or Comparable Item at No Additional Cost to the Buyer.

If a Replacement is Unobtainable, a Refund will be issued. (Full Refunds are Strictly Limited to Damaged/Defective Items)

+ Returns on Non-Defective/Undamaged Items will be Exchanged for Matching or Comparable Items at the Buyer’s Expense. If a Replacement n Item is Unobtainable, a Partial Refund (Minus 25% of the Original Listing Price) will be issued.

+ All Refunds will be issued within 24 Hours of the Returned Item’s Receipt.
