The contents inside have been determined by the manufacture. If damaged due to shipping, I will submit a claim for INSURANCE. Depending on the extent of damage, you will be refunded accordingly. If damaged or you suspect the package is lost, please contact me soon as possible. The insurance claim has to be submitted in a timely manner. Keep in mind that Vinyl Records, even when sealed or never removed from inner sleeve, can have manufacture defects, such as scuff marks or hair line scratches. It is very common that the inner sleeve will have a seem(s) split. The record cover can also develop a seem split(s).
