This is the 1st pressing with Zoo cat# 72445-11027-1 printed on back cover, inner sleeve and labels.PA "Explicit Lyrics" sticker (a bigger one) appears on the bottom right of the front cover and is placed on cover (under shrink).
Sealed in old style with vertical shrink overlap visible on back.
Inner sleeves are printed and contains the cat# on front bottom center of sleeve (printed in white).
Labels are also printed but are different ones than on Tool (2) - Opiate
Name of the band and record title appears on spine.
Side B is double cut.
