This EP is Decca ED 2661 Promo. Probably a promotional giveaway from the company listed on the front cover: Sportswear by White Stag “616” Teenwear.
Both the cover and vinyl are near mint. Looks and plays great. I really like the Brenda Lee track. Fun graphics on cover.
My picture of side 2 label may appear blurry- that‘s just my lack of photographic skills; printing on label is sharp and crisp.
