Red and black label and deep groove both sides.  "G8 OP8207-1/G8 OP8208-1A" in the runouts "75 State Street, Boston 9, Mass. address on back cover.    

 Record looks and plays strong VG+.  Light scuffs and some small, non feelable hairline scratches on each side  Music plays strong without distortion but with light surface noise, some of which is probably due to vinyl quality. No heavy repetitive ticks. Vinyl is bright and glossy and grooves are not gray or worn.       

 Cover is M-.

 Front cover looks very nice. It's bright and glossy and shows only light wear at the pocket. Back cover has light to moderate wear. Top and bottom seams are not split and show only light wear.  Spine is not split, but is tight and intact and the print is bright and readable.  All corners are tight and sharp.  A very nice cover.
