Condition - Record is in EX EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. At most, a few light surface marks on the record. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Comments – This is absolutely my last copy and one of the last copies you will probably find for sale of this extremely Rare & Very Much In-Demand Killer Boogie Hot 12" Single. “Be Your Lover” bw “Midnight Magic”. This is the first and best release by the band Tow Zone on the Stargard Record label. A true Dance Classic, I found in my collection. This is an original pressing, both sides are hits. Collectors and fans now get your chance to own a copy of this Super Rare out of print Boogie Single. I recently sold three used copies of “Be Your Lover” for over $150.00 each. So I am starting the bid for this copy at $90. I must state there are a few light surface marks on this copy, which do not affect play. This single also has the words property of Charles Greenaway, who use to be their manager, stamped on both side in small faded black letters as pictured in my listing

All records I'm selling are graded to the best of my knowledge which most buyers are satisfied with my judgment. I carefully clean all records to remove any fingerprints and/or dust for the best sound possible. I usually listen to the beginning of each side, and in many cases, listen to the whole song itself (not all the time, because it would take too long to listen to every record). I also use a bright light bulb to assist my visual grading. Some grading will be based on how well the record sounds, while most will be graded on how the vinyl looks (not including labels).
