This vintage 33 RPM Record is in good+ condition, shiny, with some dust and fingerprints.  It plays with audible surface noise, but no skips or deep scratches.

I will leave the cleaning of this disc (dust, fingerprints) up to the new owner, so that you can treat it according to your own preferred method.

Cardboard Jacket is in good overall condition with a ‘cutout’ hole, as well as ring and edge wear – see photos.
