DISC: VG-/G+ with many numerous faint shallow hairlines, several needle drag scratches, a deeper scratch on Side 2 that crosses Tracks 2 thru 5 (some random clicks throughout these tracks, faint though), several paper scuffs. The audio is still bold and clear, a very enjoyable listen. Some minor background noise occasionally throughout playback. Some static and crackles randomly throughout. 
COVER: VG with both the MONO and DJ Hype sticker adhered to the cover. The cover has some minor creases, some minor fade and ring wear (mostly to the back cover). Some minor scuffs to art, all spines are 90% intact (some chip frays in places), bottom spine is fray split about 0.5 inches from the insert mouth, the title spine is mostly legible. Original generic plain white paper inner sleeve is present with minor splits, and is yellowed from age.
