Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: Tracy Chapman – Matters of the heart – Original Vinyl LP album 1992.

Vinyl Condition: VG (Some light sleeve lines and the odd light surface mark but nothing major. There appears to be a very slight warp to the vinyl. This does not affect the playback of the record and has been tested on all my decks. The stylus just wobbles ever so slightly. It does not bob up and down of anything major like that. Apart from that the record is in pretty good shape and plays really well with nice sound. Some very light background crackle but no sticks or jumps. A pleasure to listen to this wonderful album which is really hard to find on vinyl).
Inner Sleeve Condition: G (The bottom of the inner sleeve has an approx. 6cm split from the record pushing through. Otherwise ok).
Outer Sleeve Condition: G (The bottom of the inner sleeve has an approx. 6cm split from the record pushing through. Some minor edge creases but overall pretty nice condition).
I grade my records as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
