Description

Excellent near mint condition copy of Tracy Chapman’s self titled classic. The record is glossy without marks with a strong VG+ cover. The cover has some minor ring wear developing. Original inner sleeve looks beautiful but has some minor seam split starting. There’s also some light spindle marks near the center hole. Please see pictures for more details.


I worked in a record store for nearly a decade so I like to believe my grading is accurate.


This record is a 1988 original US press. From the G1 in the matrix we can deduce that this was pressed at Columbia Records pressing plant in Carrollton, GA and as such is most likely the Columbia record club variant.
