This is a super-rare Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab Original Master Recording “Anadisc 200” VINYL LP pressing of Traffic, “The Low Spark of High Heeled Boys” catalog number MFSL 1-209.

 

The cover is Excellent  – I would call it closer to Near Mint but it has a very slight curved crease on the front cover that doesn’t show up in the photo. The record itself is unplayed – I never took it out of the sleeve.

 

The record is mastered from the original master tapes and pressed on 200-gram vinyl. There is no number on the “Special Limited Edition” logo on the lower left-hand back cover. The number is punched out as this is a promo copy. Maybe this makes it even rarer – I don’t know. I got this as a promo copy. A true rock classic, this album is one of Traffic’s best.

 

I have been collecting records and CDs for over 45 years and have decided to begin selling items from my collection as I no longer have the time to listen or the room to keep all my records and discs. Keep your eyes open for many more records up for auction as time goes on. All of my records have been fanatically well kept over the decades in a smoke-free home.
