Description
Original UK Island pink rim palm tree label with the Traffic 'spiral' symbol of the first pressings and the earliest A-2U B-1U matrices!The fully laminated sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some light laminate storage wear and a couple of small creases on the front cover. The wide spine is intact and fully readable, the blue Island inner is in EX condition. The record is in visually EX condition, with a couple of faint hairlines visible on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of only one or two faint spindle markings! The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief background noise during the run in grooves and overall a really great loud and punchy listen! The matrix nos. are; ILPS-9166, A-2U stamper 1-GD, B-1U stamper 1-GG. This is one of the very early copies of the 1st press of the original 1971 UK stereo issue of this album!!
All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!
