Very Rare promotional 33 rpm 7" that comes housed in an special Philips Uruguay emergency sleeve usually sent to radio stations & dj's with promotional purposes. 
Thin cardboard open on top & bottom jacket is EX, it has no writings, tears or any other flaw to be mentioned except for mild wear & years yellowing, looks nice. Jacket comes housed in its original protective plastic bag.
Disc is a solid EX, full glossy surface shows only few lite sleeve scuffs, plays really fine all through,  clean labels with promo sticker on B side, hardly noticeable sw also on B side, A side is clean.
