Description
Released by Trojan in 1968, cat # TR-627; this is “Mix It Up” / “I’ll Be Around” by the Kingstonians.
This is my Trojan week – more to come – but these are some of the cream of the crop. These are largely unplayed; or at least they were until I played them to grade them; so are probably the best examples you will ever find. Both labels are clean and I cannot see any spindle marks on either label. Visually, there are no marks on the vinyl. Playing, I found that there was some surface noise on both sides; in fact it was quite bad on the B-side. BUT, once I’d played the record a couple times and gave both sides a good clean, the difference was amazing! It went from a very good record to a near mint one in five minutes. Which is just as well, because the B-side smoocher was terrible to listen to before the clean. Now, the record looks mint and plays at least excellently.
Postage and packing for one record will be £1.10 UK, £1.80 Europe and £2.50 USA and the Rest of the World. For two records, the costs are £1.30 UK, £2.20 Europe and £3.20 USA and the Rest of the World.
Insurance is extra and will be required if the value of the record or overall consignment exceeds £28.
Payment by PayPal is preferred for all customers; though I will accept cheques or postal orders for UK customers. Overseas customers must pay by Paypal unless agreed otherwise prior to auction end.
