1985 Rossini String Sonatas 1-6 etc, from the Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra under Janos Rolla. HUNGARATON SLPD 12672-73 Rossini: Six Sonatas for Strings & the nice bonus of the 2 Cherubini Horn & string sonatas and 13 Contredanses also. The true first pressing made in the home of the orchestra, 2LP in Gatefold fully near mint all round. These are to the Digital Era what the ASMF set was to the 60s, the statement set in great sound, plus with the extra work here as well. Better than the Teldec reissue as this has the substantial extra works of a similar nature by Cherubini in it. The pop up from ebay tells me the last 2 sets of these sold for a median of £65.55. Nice clean near mint low plays first pressing. Our ethos is to offer you best sounding analogue only pressings of vintage records. Here is another beauty of that type.
