Real obscurity!  Undocumented from what I can tell from internet searches.  This is on the private press Birmingham label Hollick & Taylor.  Handwritten labels.  Not sure if it is a demo, test press or H&T's version of an acetate!   No label numbers, run out groove matrix are:

Billy Saunders & the Tuxedo's were a local Birmingham band, who changed their name to the Rocking Tuxedo's in 1961.  They featured on piano, Mike Pinder who later was a key mermber of The Moody Blues and Alan Bugsy Eastwood who went on to be part of The Exception.  As far as I can tell there is no record of this recording?  It comes in the original paper sleeve, with a Hollick & Taylor stamp on front, and handwritten 'To Young Tuxedo's' on the back.

Unfortunately the condition of the record is not good, but I have listed due to it's sheer scarcity.

WORN/POOR

*Please Read Carefully The Condition Before Considering Bidding*

The vinyl is covered in light hairlines/scuffs. 

There is very unfortunately a 2.5cm split in the vinyl from the outer rim inwards (see pics, I have tried to capture it as it is).

I managed to get soundfiles from both sides, by securing the opposite side. 

Both sides played through with some background, music coming through much the stronger, though due to it's age/private pressing it is a lo-fi sound anyway.  There are ticks as the needle passes over the split.

As I have said I would not normally offer a record in such condition only doing so due to it's rarity and dare I say it, muscial historical importance.  There are possibilities of improvements to the sound either physically or digitally.

I record all sound files direct from the record offered in this auction on an Audio Technica AT-LP60 USB turntable at a 128 bit rate with no sound manipulation. I have not always got the time to listen right through each track, if there are any jumps, skips, pops and crackles you will hear them and can bid accordingly. For this reason I do not accept returns on the basis of record condition. Please listen to them before bidding!

I do not allow records to be personally collected. All must be sent via postal or courier service.

All records are sent in manufactured record mailers with cardboard stiffeners. The vinyl and cover are separated to avoid seam splits in transit.

I calculate postage using the Royal mail postage calculator. I charge an extra 50p for packing materials as i buy specialist record mailers and stiffeners. Sometimes records cost less to mail than i expect. In these cases i try to refund the difference.

UK-All records posted within the UK that total under £30 are sent by Signed For (used to be known as Recorded Delivery).

UK-All records posted within the UK that total over £30 are sent by Next Day Delivery.

Europe/Rest of the World-All records sent outside the UK that total under £30, a proof of postage receipt will be acquired.

Europe/Rest of the World -All records sent outside the UK that total over £30 must be sent by International Signed For.

Europe/Rest of the World -All records sent outside the UK that total over £50 must be sent by Airsure , if country is applicable, International Signed For if not.

Grading Conditions

I grade the records condition visually only, unless I state what the record actually plays like and provide an audio MP3 sample.  This is because I do not always have time to play everything, so bear this in mind. 

I am strict with my grading so you can feel confident in my conclusions. My feedback will reflect this.  Anyone unhappy solely with my visual grading can return item for refund. However if I have provided pictures and sound files then I do not accept returns on basis of condition. 

As a general guide my grading conditions are based on Record Collector Magazine thus:

MINT

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. 

EXCELLENT (Ex)

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. 

VERY GOOD (VG)

The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD/WORN

The record has obviously been over played, and will probably display deterioration in sound quality, it will probably have lots of fine lines and the odd scratch. Wear and tear on the cover or extra items.
