Description
Two LPs from 1960s American rockers. The auction starting price is for both records - please get in touch via Contact Seller button if you're interested in one or the other of them instead.
The two LPs are: Jimi Hendrix "Electric Ladyland Part 2" The classic 1968 album. Track Record 613017 which would indicate it's the first pressing.
The only catalogue number present on this release is 613017 (sometimes with space or hypen in between the numbers)
"Easy Rider" Original Soundtrack from 1968, the year of the film, or possibly 1969. As you will recall if you've seen the film, this features "If Six Was Nine" by the Jimi Hendrix Experience, as well as Steppenwolf, The Byrds, The Holy Modal Rounders, The Fraternity of Man, The Electric Prunes, and Smith. UK release SSL 6018 by Stateside-EMI (both labels mentioned; please see the photographs of the orange centre labels).
EDIT: Easy Rider soundtrack released here in the UK in 1969.
Condition: both 50+ year old records between overall VG and Good Plus condition - hardly like new, and not in terrible condition. Ringwear is evident on the back cover of Easy Rider, expectable as it is over 50 years old.
Note also the slight peeling at the open side of "Electric Ladyland Part 2" - zoom in for detail.
Vinyl are both mainly free of major scratches, and both have been cleaned with "best on ebay" isopropyl record cleaner for a good-as-new sheen. Please view all the photographs above for a better idea of the items' conditions.
Any specific condition reports required, please message using 'Contact Seller' and I will get back to you!
Dispatched: both LPs will be sent by Second Class in a new cruciform LP mailer made of recycled card. The cost of these is £1.00 each, hence the increased packaging charge. The mailer will be completely re-usable in future.
