Description
This auction is for two Beatles UK Parlophone early release vinyl LPs. They are both mono. They have each been visually graded.
1) A Collection Of Beatles Oldies - Parlophone Records PMC 7016.
Songs are;
side 1 - She Loves You, From Me To You, We Can Work It Out, Help!, Michelle, Yesterday, I Feel Fine, Yellow Submarine.
side 2 - Can't Buy Me Love, Bad Boy, Day Tripper, A Hard Day's Night, Ticket to Ride, Paperback Writer, Eleanor Rigby, I Want To Hold Your Hand.
The cover is laminated with the front folding over to the back of the cover. There is some creasing and general handling wear. The back has some soiling also and a name written on it. Grades VG.
The vinyl has scuffing and scratches - visually grades G. The dead wax reads - side 1 - XEX 619 1G; and side 2 - XEX 620 1G.
The labels are black with silver print on the rim and song titles. "Parlophone" and the logo are in yellow. The rim print reads "The Gramophone Co Ltd......". "Sold In UK Subject To Resale....." is across the label above the play hole. Also the tax code print is also present.
2) Beatles For Sale - Parlophone Records PMC 1240.
Songs are;
side 1 - No Reply, I'm A Loser, Baby's In Black, Rock and Roll Music, I'll Follow The Sun, Mr Moonlight, Kansas City.
side 2 - Eight Days A Week, Words Of Love, Honey Don't, Every Little Thing, I Don't Want To Spoil The Party, What You're Doing, Everybody's Trying To Be My Baby.
The gatefold cover is laminated. There is some signs of handling and wear. Grades VG.
The vinyl has a few light scratches, etc - visually grades VG+. The dead wax reads - side 1 - XEX 503 3N; and side 2 - XEX 504 4N.
The labels are black with silver rim print and silver print for the song titles. "Parlophone" and the logo are yellow. Rim print reads "The Parlophone Co. Ltd......". "Sold In UK Subject to Resale...." is across the label above the spindle hole. Tax code is evident.
