Tyrannosaurus Rex - A Beard Of Stars
Regal Zonophone - SLRZ 1013
1970
THIS HAS THE ALL-IMPORTANT INSERT!!!
Absolutely very very hard to find these days as a first press in this REMARKABLE condition, even in the UK!!!!!!! Most of these have now long been bought out by investors, mainly from the US and Japan. Very heavy and glossy TOP DRAWER vinyl. If you liked the T REX of early to mid70's fame you will be in for a shock listening to this, tripped out weird Folk/Psych with the unmistakable timbre of Marc's remarkable voice. A thoroughly engaging headtrip!
LABELS : EX+. Light spindle marks either side.
VINYL : EX+. This really is a great copy that any collector would be delighted to add to their collection, a real KEEPER . EX+, a very nice copy!! I TRULY BELIEVE THAT YOU WILL NOT SEE ANOTHER COPY AS GOOD AS THIS... ANY TIME SOON... Most of these are now in collections all over the world. Whenever one of these come up, collectors from the four corners of the world are alerted to it, this is just THAT RARE!!!!Sensational sound quality, NO skips or jumps. NO clicks, this is really a stunning vinyl with a beautiful deep gloss. Very heavy slab of vinyl like only FIRST PRESSES have. This looks ASTONISHING!!! Inspected under an intense lightsource and angled only a couple of the very wispiest of hairlines can be observed. These are absolutely minimal and do not interfere withe the replay
I have played this in FULL> The replay is ASTOUNDING!!! A very joyful listen. There are not any jumps or skips. There is no background noise at all!! Very remarkable for this 1970 vinyl!!! I played this on my LINN SONDEK turntable and through my very revealing B&W three way speakers!!! Great channeling and sssssssssooooooooooo clean clear sound!!!
Sleeve : EX. Fully laminated, with only a couple of mini underlaminate creases. Crisp beautiful spine and edges.
Lyric Insert: This one is usually missing. In EX condition though not mint, this has NO tears NO writing.
This an excellent investment opportunity!!! Any questions please ask me and I will try to answer soon.
