Description
Tyrannosaurus Rex’s extraordinary debut album from 1968, presented here in reasonably good condition. The record is much better than the cover. This scarce Mono copy comes without a lyric sheet or manuscript – these seem to be as rare as hen’s teeth! The full catalogue number is Regal Zonophone LRZ 1003. Matrix numbers are XCARX 43-1G/XCARX 44-1G, making it a first pressing.
Single sleeve – Good+ Front-laminated with flipbacks. The front is OK but has pin holes in the corners. The rear is rather grubby, with a name written on and a couple of pen marks. There is also a tear on the opening edge.
Labels – Ex- Moderate spindlewear but still very clean.
Inner sleeve - Fair. Original polylined inner – rather worn and split down one side.
Record – Visually VG+, just light sleeve removal marks. Playback is also VG+, clear and sharp audio with light crackle here and there. No jumps or sticks.
