Description

 

 

Released in 1979, U2 "3" is the bands first ever record. It was released in Ireland only, initially as a hand numbered 12" single, and subsequently as a 7" single on CBS. This ultra-rare record was bought by the seller new in 1979, and has been largely unplayed for some 20 years.

Tracks are:

1. out of control

2. stories for boys

3. boy / girl

the versions of tracks 1 and 2 are significantly different to the versions on the bands fist album "boy"
