This is a rare 1983 German U2 single featuring 40 (How Long) and Two Hearts Beat As One. It is on Island Records cat no. A1 105 807 The picture bag features an early shot of the band on the front and mini ads for Boy, October and War on the back. I presume it was released as a promotional item around U2's appearance at a German Rock Festival, as it states "Die Entdeckung der Loreley '83" on the front.
