The album sleeve for U2's Achtung Baby album consists of 4×4 squared montage of 16 images by the band's long-time photographer, Anton Corbijn, devised since the band couldn't decide on a single image to use.  It includes the photo of a naked Adam Clayton (3rd photo down from the right) and photos of band members in drag, all of which were part of a desire to confound expectations of U2.
