U2 "ALL THAT YOU CAN'T LEAVE BEHIND" LP
Original UK limited LP pressing on Island Records Cat number: U212
This copy is EX/NM. The LP has hardly ever been played and has been kept pristine in an additional poly lined paper inner, inside the original rigid picture inner sleeve. The sleeve is also in great condition, but gets downgraded due to previous owner placing a cataloguing sticker in the top right corner (see second photo). This has since been peeled off, but the sleeve underneath it remains intact. Despite this, it's a great example of this scarce LP.
Tenth studio album for the Irish rock superstars, 'All that you can't leave behind' is a conscious effort to move away from the 'experimental' music prevalent on both 'Zooropa' and 'Pop'. Produced by Daniel Lanois it is a more mainstream effort but still utilising some of the 'cutting edge' techniques introduced by Brian Eno. Includes the singles 'Stuck in a moment', 'Elevation' (also used in the Tombraider film) and the anthemic 'Beautiful Day' which has been co-opted by weekly football show 'The Premiership'.
Tracks:
1. Beautiful Day 2. Stuck in a Moment You Can't Get Out Of 3. Elevation 4. Walk On 5. Kite 6. In a Little While 7. Wild Honey 8. Peace on Earth 9. When I Look at the World 10. New York 11. Grace 12. Ground Beneath Her Feet
