An original 1991 1st pressing for the UK market. Matrix A8/B1. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover with bespoke inner sleeve. Note the cover has the shiny highlighted 'U2' rings on the front. We have the lyric insert too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In excellent condition having seen only light careful use. Under close inspection I can only make out a couple of lightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are very nice and quiet and the audio comes across with super clarity. Nothing to take issue with here -- this is a super solid player. If you're a U2 audio nut then you really need to be hunting down a copy like this. It will wipe the floor with even good copies. Clean into those quieter slow build moments. It does a great job on this classic U2 title. Not so easy to find this one on vinyl from '91. And some copies are not going to give you the full gamut which this bad-boy can deliver. At worst a couple of crackles in a couple of spots per side. Yes, it really is that good...<<<<
Cover (Ex) In remarkable shape and has clearly been looked after down the years. Excellent colour retention which is important on this title as some of those photo shots are of Morocco with some very vibrant vivid colours. Surfaces are CLEAN and flat - very very nice indeed. There's a crease bottom left corner on the rear [no biggy]. Minimal edge wear and sharp openings. Spine is 100% intact. Four pointy corners. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Ex+) Unbelievably good. I mean - how the hell...is it in this condition. A good sign this LP has been lightly use. Hardly any sign of wear. No splits.
Lyric Insert (Ex) Very nice. No issues.
