Although not listed as a promotional item the record looks like a DJ promo judging by the runout.
Side A has the same label as the regular 7" release.
Side B has no music, just a 'test signal' sound for 3:29. The label is solid white with no text.
Comes in the same sleeve as the regular 7" release .
