Description
On offer here is an original Irish pressing 7" single copy of New Year's Day by U2, released on the CBS label in 1983, catalogue number CBS A 3105.
This single was released to help promote their forthcoming album, "War".
The single comes in a unlaminated single sleeve which is in Excellent Plus condition, it is predominantly white and has obviously been in a polythene sleeve all it's life to be in this condition.
The vinyl is also in Excellent Plus condition, with a glossy shine to both sides. The matt CBS labels are in the same condition with no spindle or other marks, and clearly state that the record was manufactured in Ireland.
The tracks are New year's Day and Treasure (Whatever Happened to Pete the Chop).
This single does not come up very often and especially not in the great condition, a rare opportunity !
The record will be sent in a polythene sleeve in a heavy duty Record Envelope, made by Covers 33.
