CONDITION * Vinyl grades at NEAR MINT. Excellent condition. No hairline scuffs evident when scrutinised under natural genuine light. Nice shiny lustre with no evidence of wear. No marks or scratches on vinyl. Excellent condition. Like new. * No spindle wear on labels. Labels on both sides very clean. Lack of spindle wear is testament to the condition of this item. * Sleeve grades at VERY GOOD PLUS. Original sleeve. Only very minor aged wear on sleeve. No tears. No ink marks. * Original lyric sheet insert included. Both sides very clean and free of wear.
Overall this is an excellent condition item which has been well looked after and cared for.
Item will be packed within a rigid mailer, with cardboard inserts, firm and secure to maintain condition and appearance. Vinyl will be packed with a clear 7" sleeve.
This 7" single was issued exclusively in Australia and New Zealand in 1988 and distributed by Festival Records. Side 1 runs at 45rpm. Side 2 runs at 33 1/3rpm as it contains 2 tracks. The "swipe bar" above U2 on the cover is gold making this the Australian pressed edition of this single. Later New Zealand pressings featured a white "swipe bar".
This is a genuine 1st edition Australian pressing of the "One Tree Hill" 45 which was lifted from U2's The Joshua Tree album.
