Description
This is an Irish 12" pressing of the band's first release.
The die-cut CBS sleeve is in EX- condition. There is a faint rim impression, and some very minor creasing in the rim area, but no major creases, or any rubbing, or tears.
The vinyl is VG+, but plays better. The downgrade is due to a couple of light surface marks, which are totally inaudible. A few light crackles can be heard in the silences, but nothing intrudes into the music.
The full A side matrix is CBS 12-7951 A2, also DOCS, and a heart with an arrow piercing it. The B side is CBS 7951 B12, I think, it's very faint. But also CBS U2. 3 B1. Also BANG. BONO. ADAM. THE EDGE. LARRY.
The labels are clean, with no spindle marks. The misprint, 'Record mfd. in Irelnad' is present, and is contradicted by 'Made in England', around the edge.
