NOTES:  I believe this is a re-issue, not sure when it came out.  Label reads “Mfd. In Ireland”.  Thick semi-glossy paper, two sided insert, one side reads “…Strictly limited edition on color vinyl 006/100…”.   Super low number of only 100 made it appears!
