So here we are. I am proud to offer you one of the rarest U2 items i have ever seen in the last 25 Years.

THIS is the german Rattle & Hum PROMO only Box-Set for the Movie Rattle & Hum.

The Boxset contains a lot of promotional stuff:

- 3 original german Pressphotos with describtion on back

- complete & unused set of 16 Movie Pictures to present the Movie at the cinema

- german "Filmprogramm"

- german "Werberatschlag" (how to present the movie and what UIP offers for advertisment

- german unused A1 Movieposter

- Rattle & Hum as german LP, CD, Cassette & Video (Pressekopie / Promo)

- LP is stamped on label as "unverkäufliche Musterplatte"

Everything is housed in a black box with U2 Logo on the box.

What is the history, the background about this box:

I get the box from a former radiostation moderator. He got the box as a gift for a radiostation airplay competition directly from the owner of a huge cinema. He told that there were less than 20 boxed outside in germany because the box was given to some (bigger) cinemas who present the movie on the first day of it's release. But fortunatley the radiostation moderator never made a competition......

It could be that the rest & the content of the other boxes were used during that time when the movie appears here in germany! So to find the box in that shape seems to be not possible in the future!

So this is your chance to won one of the biggest german U2 rarities ever. I have never seen the box before.  

Everything in words on documents & posters is written in german and the LP, CD, Tape & Video are the german version of it's pressing!
