My dad was a private collector, he collected thousands and thousands of records from 1950's to early 2000's, many are rarities, obscurities and some are unique, I am not a dealer, just selling the collection now he is unable to do so himself.

U2 - The Joshua Tree - Original UK Pressing 1987 - Original Lyric Fold Out Poster Insert - Signed by Hand On Front By all 4 members - Part of my Dads vast collection, he knew a lot of people in the music industry and this will have been given to him by one of the executives at island records back in the day I believe, he has other signed items by other bands also given to him by friends in the know.

Both sides have a handful of light and faint whispy marks/scuffs, Nothing deep or feeling
Labels both have No signs of play (spiders legs) under strong light, Both labels are clean, bright with NO wear and free from the usual writing etc Stunning As close to Perfect as you will find...see photos
Gatefold Sleeve has some light edge wear, light corner wear and a bit of creasing bottom right of front. Front and back are not rubbed and Signed area is clear and clean, Inside is flat and clean too, Will look great framed.
Original Fold Out Insert has very slight and faint creasing, no other damage or wear, A Great Example
The original White paper Inner has no splits or damage or writing only slight discolouration.
